Gaslighting<\/a> ist eine Form der psychischen Gewalt, bei der eine Person ihr Opfer durch systematische Lügen, Leugnen und Manipulation so verunsichert, dass dieses an der eigenen Wahrnehmung, dem eigenen Verstand und Erinnerungen zweifelt, oft mit dem Ziel, Macht und Kontrolle zu erlangen, wobei klassische Sätze sind „Das bildest du dir ein“ oder „So war das nie“. Der Begriff stammt vom Theaterstück „Gas Light“, in dem ein Mann seine Frau gezielt in den Wahnsinn treibt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
